Biblica La Delle Academy, Inc. and its management recognize their responsibilities under the Republic Act No. 10173 , also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, with respect to the data they collect, record, organize, update, use, or consolidate from the students. The personal data obtained may entail written records, photographs, video images, and/or digital material, and are entered and stored within the school’s authorized information management system and will only be accessed by authorized personnel.

     BLDA may use personal data to pursue its objectives as an educational institution. This may include a variety of academic, administrative, research, historical, and statistical purposes. For example, data entry and validation in the Department of Education Learners' Information System (LIS), school ID system, record-keeping in the Registrar's Office, among others.
