RE: SY 2020-2021 Updates
Greetings in the Name of Jesus Christ!
I would like to welcome you all to School Year 2020-2021. BLDA's Vision and Mission statement embodies our expression of commitment to quality education despite the uncertainties and circumstances brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. This is the time when we, the stakeholders, should work hand in hand to fulfill this vision-mission.
Where will this “new normal” lead us?
1. Academic Calendar SY 2020 – 2021
The interruption caused by the lockdown has prompted the rescheduling of the academic calendar in the coming school year. BLDA will officially start its classes on August 17, 2020 and will end on April 30, 2021.
2. Enrollment for SY 2020 – 2021
2.1. Online Enrollment starts on May 26, 2020. The facility will be available on our website at
www.biblicaladelle.com and links will be provided on our official Facebook page at
2.2. On-site Enrollment schedule is to be announced. Health and safety guidelines are now being carefully mapped out. Viewing of grades and requests for copy of grades will occur during this period.
3. No Tuition/School Fee Increase
BLDA will not implement the government-approved increase in tuition and other fees this school year to help lighten the financial burden of our students and parents during these trying times.
4. School Facility Readiness
BLDA is carrying out strict and careful measures in ensuring the safety of everyone. We will prioritize critical infrastructure adjustments to ensure that facilities in both campus sites remain safe for everyone now and, if proven safe for the school community, during on-site education.
All plans will take general guidance from policies and protocols set forth by the government.
5. Flexible Learning Experience (FLEx)TM
FLEx is our exclusive response to the “new normal” in education. To flex means to bend without breaking or to change something to make it more suitable for a particular situation. BLDA is utilizing this flexibility to ensure the delivery of quality education amidst the COVID-19 outbreak.
To prepare the community for learning based on this framework, we are conducting trainings for the faculty and developing instructional materials, as well as assessment tools, for the students. These activities will enhance the teaching competencies of the BLDA faculty to educate the whole child.
The Academy is also committed to extending assistance to students who have difficulty with connecting online or lack technological resources. Personally or virtually, we are committed to shaping the Biblicans.
We will release additional details about the FLEx framework in the coming days.
On behalf of the BLDA owners, management, and staff, I would like to extend our earnest gratitude to students and parents for bearing with us during this preparation for the “new normal”. Equipped with our faith in God’s promises and the vision like of an eagle, BLDA is welcoming you to a safe and productive SY 2020-2021.
God bless the Philippines.
God bless the BLDA.
God bless our family.
Commit your work to the Lord,
And your plans will be established.
